The release agent “モルゾール(MORSOL) “was made by MORESCO.
It applied to the die casting machine what makes Aluminum auto parts and Mag spare parts. It can promote productivity and also improve the environment.

Pressure die-casting means to make the molten metal flowing into a mold by a certain high pressure.

GL-6000

Type

Water-soluble diluted type (General purpose)

This type achieves improved adhesion and releasing properties and low gas properties through the inclusion of highly heat resistant materials, and the reduction of mold deposits through the inclusion of new liquid paraffin & sulfonates.

Feature

1. Improved adhesion compared to conventional products allows for improved seizure resistance, spreading, and high dilution.

2. Reduces water residual defects in low-temperature molds.

3. High heat resistance and low gassing resistance eliminate the problem of gas entrainment into the product.

4. The use of a new material with low sedimentation properties eliminates problems such as mold staining.

HC-100

Type

For zinc Die-cast

This product can be diluted in kerosene or water and has an established reputation for low mold soiling.

Feature

1. Excellent die releasing properties. Clear and smooth surface for the die products.

2.The residue to the mold is a very little. No bad influence for the dimension of the product, also pulling out the gas. Moreover, the cleaning of die becomes easy.

3.Coloring to the die products is a very little. Beautiful Surface of die products is obtained.

MK-400

Type

For magnesium Die-cast

This has excellent mold heat retaining properties and greatly improves the metal flow properties. It also has excellent lubricating performance, so it improves problems such as product distortion and breakage.

Feature

1. Moderate heat retention in the mold cavity and molten metal, which improves hot water wrinkling and poor hot water circulation.

2. Less accumulation in the mold, making mold cleaning easier.

3. Special blending of base oil and surfactant reduces COD value and facilitates wastewater treatment.

MQ-100

Type

Water-soluble minimum quantity spray type lubricant

The inclusion of silicone with a macromolecular network structure realizes high adhesion performance and low pin holes, so it can also be used for coated items.

Feature

1. It has excellent baking resistance and offers the following advantages when switching from oil-based and water-soluble diluted types.

2. It can also be used for painted products.

NS-660

Type

Water-soluble diluted type (General purpose)[(non-silicone)]

This is a non-silicone type of lubricant for coated items and has excellent adhesion properties.

Feature

1. Adhesion is improved in both low and high temperature ranges, enabling use over a wider temperature range than conventional products.

2. Although it is a non-silicone type, it boasts high mold-releasing property and contributes to the reduction of galling defects.

3. It improves the flow of hot-metal during casting, which is effective in reducing casting defects.

4. It is highly effective in casting products where paintability is important.

5. It has excellent liquid stability and eliminates problems such as clogging and rotting of spray nozzles.

TX-5700

Type

Water-soluble diluted type (General purpose)

The deterioration due to heat is suppressed and the release film is formed and maintained up to the time of the molding, so seizing is reduced. It also solves the problem of mold deposits on the low temperature sections.

Feature

1. Forms a release film with a smaller amount than general water-soluble release agents.

2. Reduces heat-induced deterioration and reduces seizure by forming and maintaining the release film until the time of molding.

3. Eliminates the problem of mold deposition in low-temperature areas.

4. High heat resistance and low gasification, eliminating the problem of gas entrainment into the product.
