We evolved our original paring injecton machine and equiped it with the latest die locking mechanism to achie casting in 3 seconds per cycle, enabling stable pruction. By injecting from the parting surface in the same way as the conventional machine.

fluidity is good and castability is excellent. We will contribute to cost reduction and CO2 reduction by significantly reducing remelting.

 

■Parting injection

The spureless casting has been resulted by direct injection of metal at the parting line.

The parting line injection system has resulted in constant higher cycle casting by reducing areas for aire entrapment in the casting.

■Latest Die locking unit

Using 2 tie bars close toggle mechanism unit, it makes die change work become faster. and tie bar doesn’t interference at product dropping.

In addition a Center Force platen is adopted for the mold clamping mechanism, and die locking force is applied to the center of the mold. It contributes to reducing burrs.

■Energy saving 50%

Equipped with a servo-controlled hydraulic pump to control hydraulic pressure according to the required amount, pump stoppage and low-speed operation have improved energy-saving operation perfomance.

In addtion, almost all machine operations can be set with the operation touch panel.
