Closed Loop Jet Cool System is designed for areas where water supply is dirty or unstable.
Jet Cool System is cooled core pin. With pin diasmter ranging from φ4～10, the Jet Cool System can prevent die casting shrinkage and extend the life of core pin and die.
The function is just like a regular Jet Cool System.
Closed loop means you use clean water in a closed system. It is for those factories who do not have clean water supply or cannot afford filtering their water. It is probably better to clean up your water system and filter your water supply but if you are too lazy to do it, we’ve gone out and done it for you in this closed loop. But you have to pay more money for it, so do the math. Either way, it is still the best method to pin point cooling and highly effective against die casting shrinkage.
The system can be used up to 800T DCM
